Your Account

To shop at La Sabounnerie , you need a customer account. You can create an account online by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of every page on our website, and we will guide you through the process.

If you are not yet registered, you can do so on your first visit. All you need to do is provide your personal details.

Creating an account is quick and easy, and La Sabounnerie will guide you step by step. Once your account is created, you will be able to access our online store.

Where you usually enter your login information, click on “forgot password” and you can easily reset it.

In the “My Account” section you will find a section called “My Contact Details” and “My Addresses” where you can change your personal details at any time.

Do I need an account to buy from La Sabounnerie?

  • You need a customer account to shop at La Sabounnerie . This allows you to track your orders and receive exclusive offers.
  • If you do not wish to create an account, you can also shop as a guest.

Your Order

There are many reasons why these difficulties may occur:

  • Please verify that your billing and shipping addresses are correct and up to date, and that you have completed all required fields.
  • Make sure you are using a valid payment method, and check with your bank to make sure there are no issues with your bank account.
  • Also check that your payment card has not expired.

Please wait 10 minutes after placing your order, then check your Spam folder, in case your internet provider has moved the email to that folder.

First, check that the promo code is entered exactly as shown, without spaces. Sometimes, some letters or numbers can be confusing, such as "0" and "O" .

It is important to note that certain brands or products may be excluded from this promotion, and that a minimum purchase amount is often required.

We also invite you to consult the “General conditions of sale” - “Offers and promotions” section on our site, in order to find out more.

Please note that the promotional code is only valid once. Once validated on an order, it will no longer be applicable to your next orders.

Your order details are displayed in the “My Account” section.

To track the status of your order, log in to “My Account” and go to the “My Orders” tab. You can access detailed information about your package.

You can also click on the tracking link you received from our delivery partner.

All orders leave our warehouse within 2 days of receiving your order. Your package is transferred to our delivery partner, who is responsible for delivery to your address or a relay point.

You will receive an email with further information and a tracking number.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary. We cannot be held responsible for potential delays during transport.

Check if your order has been shipped in the "My Orders" section of your account. If it was shipped more than 2 days ago, please contact us at contact@lasabounnerie.fr .

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from
Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost with more information and a
tracking number.

Please wait 3 days after placing your order before checking if your products have been shipped.

If your order is listed as shipped in the "My Orders" section of your online account, check your spam folder in your email.

If you still have not received an email, please contact our customer service at contact@lasabounnerie.fr .

First, check that your order is showing as shipped. To make sure everything is on track, go to “Your Account” and click on “My Orders” .

If your products are listed as shipped but you have not received them, we recommend checking the status of your delivery with the tracking number you received.

If you still have any problem after 4 days from the shipping day, please contact us with your order number and we will help you resolve it.

If you still have a problem after 4 days at
from the day of dispatch, please contact us with your number
order and we will help you solve it.

We do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you intact and on time... but there may be exceptions that we wish to remedy.

If your parcel has arrived damaged, do not open it. Refuse the courier delivery and contact our customer service. If any of the items in your delivery are damaged, please take photos and contact us directly to arrange a replacement or return.

We may have sent you multiple packages for your order. Contact us for more information and we can help you.

Some items I didn't order have been delivered.

Sometimes mistakes can be made - if you receive a product you didn't order, don't worry, you won't be charged.
